Hope Builders works with indigenous church planting organizations in Africa, Asia, the Turkish world and in Haiti to train local pastors and church members how to reach out to their own people. From these churches, Hope Builders identifies potential leaders to train, develop and help plant new churches. They are taught the process of making converts, disciples and new church planters. This is a replicating process. Every new church is given a vision to plant a new church within months of its own birth. Festivals are held in areas surrounding the churches to continue reaching lost souls.
